Rewards
Users are rewarded daily by watching videos. Rewards earned from each additional daily video decrease (eg video 1, earns more than video 2, 2 more than video 3 and so forth). Additionally, global rewards for a Creator will decline over time, which promotes long-term sustainability.
Token rewards are calculated algorithmically based on the following:
Video Length
Video Recency (How recently the video has been uploaded)
Video Frequency (Number of videos watched within a period)
This is a new but evolving setup for the watch2earn system and the analytics and data systems for its tokens are expected to be fully integrated into subsequent versions as the system evolves.
Leaderboards
Users who claim within the first 24 hours of receiving a reward will earn creator points and tokens. Afterwards, they will only earn tokens and not points.
Points contribute to a time-based and per-creator ranking. At the end of each established period, top-ranking users will receive special prizes.
