# How to Participate

Users willing to take part in a Creator Liquidity Offering will need to follow a few steps which are described below.

1. Create an account on the [XCAD Network Launchpad](https://launchpad.xcadnetwork.com), or sign in with their XCAD account.
2. Stake enough XCAD in at least one of the approved pools to qualify for a tier.
3. Choose an open CLO and take part.
4. Complete KYC.
5. Prefund the purchase escrow contract with the allocation amount for that CLO.
6. Wait until the draw to find out the results.

After allocation has been won, the user will receive the creator tokens based on the vesting schedule for the creator. If no allocation was won, the user can withdraw his XCAD from the escrow contract or choose to reuse them for the following CLO.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.xcadnetwork.com/xcad-network-public-documentation/xcad-ecosystem/clo-launchpad/how-to-participate.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
