# Creator Token Utility & Burn Mechanisms

There are multiple mechanisms in which the supply of creator tokens is reduced by burning or putting it out of circulation.

**Staking Creator Tokens** - to be released soon

**Utility transactions** — 10% of Utility transactions will be attributed to CT burn.

**Creator Token Burns at Milestones**: Set amounts of Creator tokens will be burned as Tokenized Creators hit specific milestones, relating to audience sizes, and token economy activity. 

Utility transactions consist of anything a Creator offers, like services to their fans. This could range from event tickets and merchandise to 1 on 1 video calls or social media followbacks. 

Fans get rewarded by loyalty to Creators, through watching their videos and then can spend those tokens on getting closer to their favourite Creator.
